In compliance with the Labor Code's guidance on ensuring the care, monitoring, and management of workers' health, on 10 August 2017 Namviet Investment and Development Group partnered with Vietnam National University Hospital, Hanoi to hold a periodic health checkup for all staff and employees at the Group's office.
During this checkup, all staff underwent general clinical examinations, blood biochemistry tests, ultrasounds, and X-rays performed by the medical team in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs. After the examination, each staff member was consulted by a doctor on potential conditions and early warning signs, helping them understand their own health status and take effective preventive measures.
Health checkups for staff and employees are organized annually every August by the Board of Management of Nam Viet Joint Stock Company. Holding periodic health checkups for staff reflects the organization's commitment to protecting each employee's legitimate rights and interests, helping workers better monitor their health and adopt better exercise and health-care habits so they can perform well at work and take good care of their families.
